    It took me 2 years and seeing 5 different Surgeons to evaluate my right hip bone on bone pain. Every Surgeon said i needed a hip replacement. Fear set in . I did everything i could to avoid a hip replacement, but then the right hip pain became unbearable.
    I made an appt with Dr. Walsh to finallly get the right hip replacement 4/13/26. This Surgeon gets 10 stars!!! I am a RN with high expectations and he gets 10 stars for all of my expectations. My follow up visit 4/28/26( 2 weeks later) I am walking and no more pain in that hip.
    My advice for anyone who is seeking an excellent Surgeon, DR. W. WALSH is the one. Let me also add that Syosset hospital did a wonderful job. I stayed overnight. From preop,surgery, physical therapy, to discharge, every staff member was excellent in my care.

    Dr Walsh to me is the best he did my hip replacement March 2025 I had such pain didn’t think I would get back to myself again I had 4 grandkids on the way and didn’t know if I would be able to help my daughters. Dr Walsh fixed that I’m able to do more than I did before Thank you Dr Walsh

    Dr Walsh has now done 3 joint replacements for me in the past 6 months. I have never met a more professional and empathetic physician. Dr. Walsh explained everything in detail, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His PAs and office staff were very engaging. I highly recommend Dr Walsh if you need an Orthopedic surgeon. c

    Dr. William Walsh is a great physician to choose for joint replacement. He’s caring, very smart, and I also chose him over an HSS doctor because of his competent back office assistants..I had a lot of concerns, asked tough questions, and may even be considered a difficult patient. But he had confidence in his abilities and reassured me of good results. At my two week postop appointment I feel so much better than my pre-surgical health. I highly recommend him. .
